Karboad is the only intra I have used and felt fine when sipping it. I never felt bloated or upset with it.
I wish I was a little bit taller. I wish I was a baller.

just seeing this now. no i heard you im just addressing another point. that the body stores glycogen and energy in A WAY more efficient way when on aas . when skipping meals or eating less frequently when not on gear i would notice a reduction in training intensity, pumps, fullness etc.

Meal 1: PF
Meal 2: PC
Meal 3: PC
Meal 4: PC
Meal 5: Pre work out PC
slin-r, GH
Intra: Carbs, BCAA, Creatine etc
Meal 6:Post w/o PC
Meal 7:Before bed PC
I have to do it this way because of the later workouts and the slin or I would like to have no carbs for my last meal but cant since I still have the slin in me. I also like not having carbs in the first meal after hearing John Meadows and Jacob Wilson talk about Metabolic Flexibility.
BTW, this is during my build phase. As i move closer to contest I usually drop the carbs that are further away from my workout. But, I'm working with a new coach this year and we will see what his plan is.Last edited by ironmany2k; 09-11-2014 at 06:46 PM.
