Kaotic's Super DMZ 3.0 Log
Hey guys,
Just got my bottle of SuperDMZ3.0, will be running this as a standalone product with no other compounds. I have tried the first generation and also 2.0 with GREAT results. I'm excited to see how this one compare to the rest. Here is a run down of my cycle.
Weeks 1-4 ~ Super-DMZ Rx™ - 2 capsules per day (1 cap AM & 1 cap PM)
Weeks 1-8 ~ Advanced Cycle Support Rx™ - 2 capsules per day (organ and lipid support)
Weeks 5-8 ~ Ultra Male Rx™ - 1 capsule per day (post cycle therapy)
Weeks 5-8 ~ E-Control Rx™ - 1 capsule 3 times per day (post cycle therapy)
Im a little small and light for myself right now, which is why I choose to incorporate this into my bulk.My weight right now is 181lbs. Going to be doing a CLEAN bulk and hoping to pack on at-least a good 10 more pounds. (I have Fast metabolism, hardgainer). Big shout out to IRONMAGLABS and HEAVYIRON for giving me this opportunity!!! Tomorrow will be my first day. Can't wait!!!

Day 1. Weight 180lbs empty stomach in AM.
Legs n Ass:
Squats-4x12,10,8,8
Leg Ext.- 4x12
Leg Curl-4x12
S.L.D.L.- (Toes pointed, in,out,neutral)3x12
Lunges-4x12 steps each
Dose is 1 in Am with Breakfast, another with meal before workout. Should be noticing some size, and strength gains here soon!

Day 2. ABS and Cardio

Weight is at 182lbs, 2 pound difference from yesterday, but it was a high carb day for me yesterday. Did 20 HIIT Cardio on elliptical machine. I do cardio 3 times a just to keep heart healthy and not go tooo over board with bf. I'll sometimes do cardio before a workout but nothing to much, just about 5-10 minutes on stationary bike or treadmill just for a warm up. Sometimes ill even do a 8 minutes TAE-BO workout (yes I have those vids, they work great to warm-up and burn fat). I do this workout on an early morning empty stomach, but anyways off weights today and here is what my ab workout looked like.
Flat bench lying leg raises-4x12
Decline reverse crunch-4x12
Hanging Leg Raise-4x12
Bicycle crunches-4x12
(This is done in superset way with no rest between each ab exercise until all 4 sets are complete.)

Day 3. Feeling good so far, well especially since im bulking and strength is climbing. Did notice a better pump today, maybe DMZ3.0??? Im making sure I stay extra hydrated, especially since its hot as hell over here In Phoenix, AZ. Today was an arm day, a good pump with some vascularity coming out. Weight was 182lbs the same as yesterday, usually I drop weight for some odd reason after a rest day, but I stayed the same. Haven't noticed no bad sides, I can't wait till this starts kicking in!!!! Until then enjoy my log and these............
