Ready to put Super DMZ 3.0 to the test. I used a Super DMZ product in the past and liked the results. I am sure I will be pleased with the results that I will put on with this.

August is upon us. Took one capsule this morning and will take another later this afternoon before my workout. Back training is on tap. READY!

As stated earlier today, I would be training back.
Went in with a laser focus.
4 sets of 12 to 10 reps wide grip lat pull downs
170-200lbs.
3 sets of Standing Pec deck rows 200 lbs for 12 reps each side
Hammer Strength pull downs 45 lbs per side 12 reps each 1st set with implementation of partial reps at the bottom of the movement. Followed this with 90 lbs per side 10 reps with a drop set. Feeling a TREMENDOUS pump at this time.
Still going strong and wanting MORE! T BAR ROWS 3 sets of 10 135 lbs. Rope extensions superset with seated rows using v bar. 3 sets with 50/60/70 180/190/200 respectively.
Last exercise was smith machine rows Under hand grip 2 45 lbs per side. 3 sets 10 reps each.
Workout lasted 40 minutes and the pump was welcomed.

It has been a crazy weekend. So, a quick recap. I trained legs yesterday and included a lot of drop sets toward the end to completely exhaust my quads and hams. While taking Super DMZ 3.0 I feel unstoppable.

Okay. I was a bit distracted there. Today I trained chest. Hammer Strength Incline press: 2 45s per side for 10, "" "", 3 45s per side for 10 w/ a one plate per side drop set. Pec deck 3 sets of 12 with 130 lbs. High incline DB press with 50's 60's 70's 3 sets of 10. The PUMP is REAL! 45 degree angle DB flyes. 4 sets with 50s. Hammer Strength Decline press. 2 45's per side for 12, 3 45s per side for 10, '' ''. BW parallel bar dips 6 reps, Machine assisted dips for 12 reps. Two sets of cable cross overs 55 lbs per side for 10. Everyday I am feeling stronger. THiS is only the beginning and I am anticipating what is to come with the help of IronMagLabs Super DMZ 3.0

Rest day yesterday. Overindulged myself a bit, but will be ready to hit delts hard later this afternoon.
