A quick recap of my delt training session was in one word.....INTENSE. 3 45lbs per side for the Hammer Strength Over head press for 10 reps on my 3rd set of 3. Pec Deck rear facing 3 sets of 90 100 110 lbs with 10 to 12 reps. Db side laterals with 35 pounders. Excellent pump. Dumbbell presses 5 sets with 55's onward to 75's. Love this product and the feeling I get taking it.

Gaining. Weighing in at 220lbs with some midsection growth. My shoulders are wider and arms are bigger. I really need to focus more on my diet. Most intense back workout I have had in a long time. Was able to add an extra plate to the T bar row for a total of 4 plates for 8 reps.

I know that diet and consistency in the gym will be a vital part of holding on to the gains that Super DMZ 3.0 has assisted me in achieving.

Moving weight that I have never moved before with ease. Feeling a bit more aggressive as of late. Weight is holding steady at 220 lbs. Enjoying using IronMagLabs Super DMZ 3.0.

This is a strong product. Shoulders are filling out nicely. Still maintaining a steady weight.
Feeling powerful and am looking forward to writing my overall review and post pics.

Dropped some weight, but I attribute that to some poor eating habits over the weekend.
Tweaked my lower back last Thursday, but feel much better now. Leg training was good with strength still feeling above average for me. All good things must come to an end, but I plan on running this great product again in the near future.
