Default WPI vs WPC in a bulk

Why dont know why people dont like WHP when bulking. i understand that you wouldnt what the carbs during a cut, but during a bulk why not?

i think it all depends on how much protein powder you are using per day. if you could handle a lot of wpc then because it is cheaper it would make a better choice than wpi.

i use concentrate jsut fine, try using a few days of WPC and fats, no carbs and no fibers, it really made me realize it isnt the protein that makes me have gas, it was my body not handling carbs correctly!

I use wpc all the time. I will usually mix 1 scoop of wpi with 1 scoop of wpc to save money. certain wpcs make me sick though. all the whey is good.

Some people are very sensitive to lactose and can't handle very much WPC.

Since WPI is filtered to a more pure, better quality, and virtually free of lactose protein powder, its better for lactose sensitive people.

The truth is that even amongst isolates, Daves Isolyze is the best. I noticed lots of stomach irritation using concentrates as well so its just not worth it to me and I cough up the extra dough for the good stuff.

The quality of Isolyze is fantastic. The powder is so fine you can literally stick your hand to the bottom of the bucket pull it out and none of the powder sticks on your arm.It only takes a few shakes to completely mix the powder in water. It is pure cold filtered protein and with such a small scoop its packed with 27 grams of protein-I know it sounds like an advertisement but its true.

Any quality isolate will have 27g of protein in a 30g scoop. The same goes for the mixability. Both TP and PF cold filtration will mix with a few shakes. It's not as if Isolyze comes from some super secret source. I'd be somewhat surprised if one of the suppliers wasn't Glanbia.
