Melody's cool. She was the 2009 Canadian National masters champion, and won her pro card winning the 2010 Canadian National HW class. Love her spirit! Mel has competed in this contest three times before today.

This is the all-time best of SHEILA BLECK.. she's sliced and diced and her posing and presentation is Elite .... She should win this today.

MONIQUE JONES is structurally equal to IRIS KYLE (she's actually bigger).. her conditioning could be a tad harder.......but she was easily good enough to finish 1st or 2nd.........I have her no worse than 2nd.

JEN SEDIA has blessed structure.....and shape..........her conditioning was GOOD, but not fantastic (her glutes were not hard enough)...... and she needs more leg............but judges had her in 2nd position. We shall see later

54. EMMANUEL BANKS: super small waist. Great lat flare.

55. MICHAEL BARNT: holding a little water. A little flat too

Best I've seen Sheila also. The time away from competing last year seems to have brought her back fresh. In her past three Olympias she was 4th in 2010, 6th in 2011 and 6th in 2012. Sure looks like she's ready for 2014!
