Waist Cinchers
Does anybody use these? I'm very interested in seeing if it would make a difference for me. I have no idea if one brand is better than the other or what! I've heard of the popular squeem but it's a bit pricey.
I know most bikini competitors use one.
What is your opinion and can you give me some helpful information on them?
Yes....I've researched this thoroughly including the "bad" about using one. I just want your personal experiences.

swear by them. though they suck as far as comfort goes. I wore it 8-10 hours a day for 16 weeks and it brought my waist down considerably.

I wear them all the time except when working out, then I wear only the velcro neoprene wrap.
The waist cincher definitely helped. there's so many different brands, squeem is the most popular. Here's a link to all the different kinds to buy:

Have you ever seen the Big Lebouski? John Goodman uses that line for every one of life's injustices.

I know I'm bumping an old thread but I'm really curious, Tammy, which brand do you like?
I'm not opposed to it, I've been researching online but don't know enough yet.
I also wondered if they were just a waste of money and which brands are better/worse price and quality wise? Does anyone else have opinions/experience?
I always look at petite girls like us for ideas. I had a male NPC judge tell me last month that I need to "keep my waistline in check, it's fine right now, but it could get too thick from all your powerlifting so try a slimming belt or corset if necessary". I was confused too because I've also heard that I have "good structure and a good taper" so as usual, it's all in the comparisons I guess. Before I saw your comment, I assumed genetics was the biggest power player in waist size.

I like how this one looks but it's not very practical, lol. Out of breath typing, even thinking about wearing this one!
