Made up with Instant oats, Oatmeal Cookie/ Sweet Icing Flavor, Raisins, Ground flax seeds and brown sugar.

i'm going to stock up on some oatmeal cookie oatmeal to mix in with my brown sugar oatmeal cookie protein starting september when it's time to add some weight to my frame
