Post workout
What do you do as far as physical work after you work out? By this I mean stretching, foam rolling, ice bath etc. I know we all do (or don't) different things but I just like to see what others do that they feel has really helped improve there recovery and overall physique.
I personally like stretching full body first then moving on to foam rolling with my Rumble roller. I have always made sure to stretch after workout out but really noticed a huge difference in my recovery and flexibility when I added in thr rumble roller. When I use my roller I like to go longer over the worked muscles and really dig into some of the tight spots, while also still rolling the whole body.
So how about you guys?

i usually stretch a bit but i should do more...i like weighted stretched, like laying on a bench with 10lb plates in each hand and hold them extended
i do have a foam roller which i should use more often, but sometimes life is busy and i don't do it as often as i should
