Recent guest posing. Glad he is stepping it up this year cause Kai surely is.

I didn't like phil heath that much when I watched generation iron. I like Kai Greene more, but now that phil has his supplement line, he seems to be on social media more often and his personality doesn't seem too bad, now I think hes cool.

Fair enough. It all does come down to fractions of an inch. A competitor's triceps will look totally different depending on where those insertions exist or how wide his or her shoulders are, etc.
Wolf has the clavicles but then his lats insert that inch or two too high. Each bodybuilder probably has that bodypart they'd shift or change slightly.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

I wish my clavicles were as narrow as his.
I like women with curves: Sweep, abs and pec/delt tie-in.

I'm a kai fan but i'm realistic Kai over the past couple years no matter how much people argue deserved 2nd every single time..
Phil IS a dominant mr olympia he will win easily again this year he's a notch better then Kai and he always comes in crazy condition and round round round
Kai is way ahead of the 3-4-5 guys so he'll be an easy second if his condition is even 85-90%
3-5
will be a battle between rhoden, wolf, and ramy
Bonac and Dexter will be 6-7 ... Dexter looks enormous now biggest he's ever been so if rhoden, wolf or ramy are off Dexter can crack that top 4-5
