Should You Do A Cleanse or Detox?
By Dr. Stacey Naito, IFBB Bikini Pro
Many proponents of cleanses and detoxes state that they can completely eradicate a myriad of ailments, and that they should be done as regularly as one tunes up a car. I know most of you are probably thinking that a cleanse is probably not going to do much, since you already eat clean. What about a detox plan? Isn’t that the same as a cleanse? Actually, there is a distinction between a cleanse and a detox, but that distinction has gotten muddled due to the fact that the two terms, cleanse and detox, are often and inaccurately used interchangeably.

I have spoken many times as a health care worker concerning cleanses.....or the "Not" needing a cleanse.But.... my real reason to post........cars no longer need tune ups either.Interesting huh? Humans don't need cleanses and cars don't need tune ups.

Dr. naito, Dave P spoke of a detox program on his heavy muscle radio show approx. one year ago. He also forwarded it to those who requested it. Would you recommend this Detox to active female competitors? Thank you!
