Default NPP + Test E cycle - anyone experienced with this?

    Hey guys
I'm wrapping a test cyp and deca cycle and switching over to NPP and Test E. Anyone have experience with this?

    current
    500 test cyp a week
    450 deca a week
    .25 adex eod
    caber 2 x a week

    changing to
    test e 750 a week
NPP 600 a week pined eod
    .25 adex eod
    caber 2 x a week

I've got some nasty knee issues so hoping the NPP will help. The deca seems to help but I want to try something different. I'm trying to add some size on my legs but joint pain hinders me. I know its arthritus and I'll need a knee replacement in the next 5 years but am putting it off as long as possible. Still want to work out... Thanks

    STATS
    55 y.o. 6'-2" 215lbs; 15% BF
10 cycles under my belt over 7 years
    on HRT forever

Used NPP from 300-450mgs weekly and noticed no joint pain improvement. Deca kills it every time.

I doubt you'll see or feel any changes in that switch, if you do it will be more so due to the higher dose. They are the same compounds just with different esthers. But i guess it wont hurt.

Changing up training to work around those pains ( i know they suck!) would give you way more results then the gear

result wise you will bloat less and it will clear faster.

for the joint pain you wont get the good results your getting from the deca.

Thanks for the info DC what do you think about changing up training? I've move to leg press in lieu of squats keeping at low on leg extensions and moved hamms to their own day. Any other suggestions?

I tend to do more isolation stuff before the compound stuff. Look up John Meadows training. He builds them in a way to get areas warmed up before the heavier compound type stuff. For instance on leg day it might be a leg curl of some sort first with partials in there then a squat or leg press then maybe a lunge or a hack and finishing of with a ham stretching movement like stiff leg deads. At the end of the day if it hurts dont do it. But I have found little foot positions or slight body or bar postioning does not hurt on some excersise that would previously kill me.
Also going lighter and using more tension and squeezing helps the most. At 55 there is no reason to be pushing big gear and weights. You dont need that kind of stress to your body, we just dont recover to anything as well as younger years.
Your displine to a good diet, training smart and hard will do more for you (with lower to moderate doses) than anything else.
If you get hurt or feel like shit you cannot train as hard!

Have you tried Gh? it can benifit you alot in your position

I received joint relief on Tren for what it's worth. I too have knee issues and usually do Calves, Hamstrings and finish with Quads. I don't do leg ext or lunges either due to pain. I can do Sissy squats and found a lot of knee pain is a misaligned patella. Look to the ITB stretches/mobility for relief there.

Thanks rich great suggestions - I've always been a huge fan of Meadows and tried out a few workouts of his. Wierd but my knees seem to be getting better - been doing a leg press machine that has a different angleand it seems to be hitting the muscle more than the joint. Seems like its all experimentaion right now. I do feel like fukkinsuperman on the NPP tho - dropped the deca and started that up. Altho I over did it on my shouder and now have a sore rotator cuff - Hahahaha - pains just move around. Crazy great pumps and decent vascularity on the npp.

Thanks Provo - never heard of 1 test Cyp. i alternate between test cyp and test enan. Is the 1 test cyp the water based test? Im feeling like i am making some gains right now which is way cool as my diet and lifting routine is not optimized. Wish i coulddo the diet more precisely but its hard at work - new job and I cant pull out the tuperware with tilapia 3 x a day! LOL

1-test cypianate is dihydroboldenone cypianate the DHT equivalent to Boldenone (EQ)
