Prep Coach... opinions needed
Hey everyone,
I competed in 2012 and since then my career and family life has taken a front seat. After having some discussions with my girlfriend we both agreed that my life has the balance to where it would be able to handle another show in the future.
I was looking for any reviews you guys have on coaches you have worked with.. pros and cons, and any info you feel like you can give.
I would be looking for someone to hire for roughly a year plus a prep to get back into the groove of things.
Thanks guys.

John Meadows...here's a thread I started after my first contest with him steering the ship. I think it was pretty detailed and should answer any questions that you might have about working with the MoutnainDog!

Hey brother,
I am currently using Jordan Coburn, and I am very pleased with him. He has helped me in ways that I can't explain. He takes time to explain why he is doing what he is doing, and asks me all the right questions along with positive reinforcement. Jordan comes Highly recommended from me!! You can look at my progress on my training log.
If you have any other questions please give me a shout.
Have a great day!!DON'T BE AVERAGE!!!

I have only ever used Austin Stout (datas4) from Inov8 elite Performance. Very knowledgeable person and takes the time to explain any questions you have about diet or training. He is also personable and easy to work with!
I have seen others who have worked with John Meadows and look great too.
Same for Shelby Starnes.
The best thing I have seen from these 3 guys is you actually learn more about the WHY you do this and that for diet and training.I wish I was a little bit taller. I wish I was a baller.
