Had that feeling yesterday, labor day weekend just beginning, hardly no one in the gym. Feels great, no machine being used, just me and the iron, the way it's supposed to be. Hopefully, today will be an repeat, raining, some street flooding, majority of the people already at the Gulf. Always feels like an zillion bucks when the gym is all mines.

Yeah, with plenty of endorphins flowing. Doesn't happen as often these days.

When I have an off day, the next day I feel "off". Not til I hit the gym and get about 10 minutes into my workout, do I feel good again.
I wish I didn't feel like that the day after having an off day (or even the night of the day I don't train).
its crazy how much better I feel mentally once that workout starts. Even coming home on a weekend day like today, & having to pickup the house before company comes over, I have no problem doing it after a workout. Without the workout, I'd be bitching and dragging my feet.
So I feel it after and during every workoutProud member of The Church of What's Happening Now, with Joey Coco Diaz (podcast on iTunes)

I have moved to a new gym because I have moved recently and I can't feel like a "Zillion bucks".
It's much smaller, lots of fucking fucks, lots of douche bags in my gym, and barely any benchs and other equipments.
SIGH*
