What other ways do you take in your oats?
I usually take my oat meal with adding water and warming it up. I want to try something new but I can't use any other products due cutting and trying to avoid adding extra calories.
So what different way can I take in my oat meals w/o adding any extra calories to it?

can't see the solutions pictures on this computer but i'm sure he makes crazy things with oats, check out his recipe page
oatmeal balls are awesome, i also just grind them up and put them in shakes and what not during the winter

I put oats in 5-7oz. of water (often cold) and drink it. Sometimes I'll add Whey, depending on when I'm eating it. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon is good for the blood sugar also.
I never get bored of oats and water. I don't care. It's quick and easy.
