The forum has a number of Zhasni videos in various threads. And, of course, YouTube has a ton more. Not sure who he's working for now, but he's talented at editing the videos together. No doubt there.
I'm not sure about how someone like Mike Pulcinella or (was it) Joel Barham (of Mark Dugdale's Driven DVD), etc. feel about Zhasni taking their work and molding it into something else.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

Mike told me that, since there's no way to really track it all, they just accept it & hope it brings the viewers back to the originals.

My problem with his videos is all the footage is essentially stolen and then he has the audacity to put his watermark on it. I shot some of that footage myself under contract that specifically prohibits me from using it as he did. Yet, he gets more rights that me? lol. Ridiculous and then applies a website name to it for monetary gain. Nothing new though. Its all good

And I guess it simply costs to much to prosecute or press some kind of infringement complaint against him?
Edited, I think is the word. Definitely motivating. But I believe Mike Pulcinella may have posted the same or similar concerns that Zhasni is using material he does not own.
Most people don't care in this age of ripping this and torrents (sp?) that. If I was the original photographer or filmmaker I'd damn sure care, though.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

As I'm not doing that much contract boilerplate prep video anymore with MD after falling out with the Queen Bee over there and the other majors cutting way back it really doesn't matter other than on principle. Not meaning to hate on Zhasni, but I'd like to ask him what his view is on the subject being that he is now adding a watermark himself. That's plain hypocritical. I think the market is so awash in video content now from various sources including cellphones the market has to change dramatically. Errrbody (purposefully sp ) wants to load their content to youtube to save bandwidth that in turn steers followers away from the main sites of the producers to other youtube videos. But yeah his stuff is motivating and to your point Curt I wouldn't in most instances be able to complain anyhow as the owners have been Muscular Development, Flex & Muscle & Fitness Hers that owned the content I was contracted to produce. I've got all those terabytes of raw footage though I might as well dump versus saving on external drives at $100 plus a terabyte. Its a lot better in this form than those. What a waste.
