Do you like the gym quiet?
Would you rather have it quiet the way I like it or people walking around just another manic day?

I like a few people in there but not too many.especially the ones bouncing around to every fkn machine hogging them up.I still use it if they're not on it.get a dirty look but it quickly turns to a fake smile when I stare them back at them.haha

I like it loud, as long as I get to use the equipment I want...louder just creates a better environment..especially with some good music

I don't mind more people. But not when its so bad you can barely do anything without getting a death stare from someone else because they need THAT leg press. But all together I just blast my headphones and don't talk/ignore most people.
I wish I was a little bit taller. I wish I was a baller.

I rarely listen to music at the gym. Actually, I rarely listen to music anywhere.
Currently listening to "Absolute Power" courtesy of an audiobook.
My vote is for quiet.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

I'm old school...the gym to me should be a place where I can focus on my goals for bodybuilding or if there is something else I'm working on. The type of gym that I want to train in would look something like Dave Tate's Elite FTS or Metroflex.
Having said that, I don't want to train around assholes either so there needs to be good people working there or training there. Girls are optional but I prefer it if I can concentrate better hahah

Dont mind a crowd, just not a bunch of people who jump on machines in front of you
You leave a bag or shaker on a machine your using and someone hops in like its not sitting there
Music --> have to have it, i listen to music 24/7, also helps fuel my motivation and mindset when training.
Sometimes more people creates a better environment in the gym pushing yourself to another level.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

i have headphones in everyday so i don't tend to pay attention to anyone....but i do like when people are at the gym pushing impressive weight or whatever, even if i'm not talking to them it gets me motivated to go harder....i've been to the gym on saturday mornings when i'm literally the only person in the gym, even the owner leaves and even though i'm motivated myself i feel like people could feed off each other in a gym when ppl are pushing the limits

7 years ago I trained at a university gym for about 3 months. Some of the stuff I used to see in there was enough to piss someone off, like why do you even come here. A guy is so busy checking to see if people are watching him that he doesnt realise he has an extra plate on side until you tell him.I also watched a guy, while shaking my head, as he did one arm at a time d-bell while reading a magazine he had placed on the window sill. Everytime he saw soeting interesting he would stop curling midway through a set with his arm at his side and read,do a another couple of reps, keep reading and repeat till he had finished that page then he would switch arms and do it al over again.

Less people, quiet, me and the weights, any weights, any machine, no headphones, no problems.......it's like my private gym........except for the fact that they didn't put my name on the building. Lol

Quiet = Better than Brittany Spears being shot into my brain stem for 45minutes.
I have the head set on anyway. If it's quiet, people can hear me sing along better.

Either way as long as no one tries to talk to me.
