FDA Proposing to tweak food labels serving sizes to better reflect real-life consumption behavior
http://www.foodnavigator-usa.com/Reg...y-researchers/
For the general public I think its a good idea for them to get a better idea of how much they are really eating, compared to those who actually weigh and track there own meals and know how much of what they are consuming. Personally I weight out almost everything from veggies to pancake mix, even my PB Lean from Myoatmeal.com just just so I know exactly what my macros are at.I wish I was a little bit taller. I wish I was a baller.

It doesn't matter and won't make a difference. The fat-assess are fat because they're eating shit and laying on their fat asses, not because they don't know what a "serving size" is.
Those of us that do weigh and measure will continue to do so regardless of labeling.
Much like rich and poor, the fat will get fatter and the "us" will get "us-er" so, by relation, we'll continue to look better and better when compared to Joe Fatass.

Those that compete and those in the BBer lifestyle (us) weigh our food and and watch what we eat.
Some of the non-BBers do to some degree.
Many non-BBers / those that focus on health don't even care.
But if the (often incorrect) FDA makes a positive move it's worth doing.
