Who cares. I own both. I don't see how owning a iPhone enables Apple to control your entire life, or even part of it. They don't own the wireless broadband companies you sign-up with to use the device or the internet or broadcasting companies who make the content.
My Samsung Tab is awesome, but too bad it runs the shitty Android operating system. But I love the ability to make an app and give it to a friend. It's much harder to publish my apps on iOS.
If I were the nefarious type of person I could provide a link for you mr. Professor X to click on, or give you my latest greatest app and own your device without you even knowing it.
Samsung makes awesome products. So does Apple. I watch ALL my television on my 60" Samsung TV, or a 40" in the bedroom, do they control my life too?
You just have a hard-on for Apple, but that's OK, it's your right.

Good for you....you know, for threatening to hack my devices.
All I said was Apple is #1 on hype. I didn't diss any aspect of the device.
The people in this thread letting us know about their glitches and lack of memory and battery did enough of that.
You don't hear much of that from the Samsung crowd.

Dude.
Whatever, get over yourself.
You stated how badass your Samsung was. I stated how easy it is to hack and own your badass Samsung. If that is a personal threat to you, I am really sorry. It was stating a fact about your 'badass' samsung.
You're out in left field. My comment was not in any way 'hubris'' please go look up the definition, cause yours is different than mine.
Now if I said I was GOING to hack it to show you a lesson, then I would agree with you.
Hard-on = does not like in my vernacular
You do not like Apple.Last edited by Mac; 09-13-2014 at 02:27 PM.

I agree, their marketing is really #1, none of the other big names seem to create the same hype (or hysteria) regarding their new products.
Google wants to control your life just as much as Apple wants to, I just root my Android phones and get rid of all the Google bloatware and other brand bloatware. I've had smart phones from most of the big brands (Apple, HTC, LG, Samsung, Sony) and their are not that different from one another anymore.
The one thing that they all will be competing on, is battery usage.Last edited by Johnny Bravo; 09-13-2014 at 02:42 PM.

I have an early version of the Samsung tablet. Did nook drop all their devices and roll over into a Samsung gizmo?
Love my Note 2. Have never owned an iPhone. Carry a phone charger with me most of the time.
