The graph won't show but:
http://www.statista.com/statistics/189582/age-of-us-video-game-players-since-2010/
The average gamer is over the age of 36 now.
That is why I laugh when people my parent's age roll their eyes when they hear of a guy still playing in his 30's.
These aren't just games anymore...it's lifestyle.Last edited by Professor X; 09-15-2014 at 04:21 PM.

I see nothing wrong with it. I still have friends who play daily. I personally don't have as much time for it as I did back when San Andreas came out. I remember playing that game for 5 hours one time before realizing what time it was.
Now, I am two games behind on Assassin's Creed and one game behind on Batman Arkham Asylum. If I spent 5 hours on a game right now I would kick myself. Too much damned responsibility...and still have to hit the gym.

I just see the exact opposite of the 'fit' world when it comes to gamers..I used to love GTA, and played it for hours...then I obtained a career, family and just got bored of it. I can play for like 15 mins at a time and be bored. Just not my thing, I guess.
I will say, as an ex 'gamer' I miss pounding all of the food and drinks without any fucks given at the time.Training / Prep / Off-season coach: Kevin McDowell / Extreme One

Quick side note on phones...teenagers are out there having unprotected sex, but have cases on their phones...let that sink in for a moment.

Believe it or not , not everyone has plans of being FIT
look at why america is so obese
Go teach in schools for a few days, and go attend a gym class

There is a huge difference between casual gaming and letting it take over your life. Some people are beyond addicted. I'm glad I never got into it for that simple reason.

45 years ago America was not so damn obese, and health care was not at an all-time high because people have no idea how to live life and eat reasonable.
Go look at grocery carts, some welfare people spend all their money on nothing but TV dinners and wonder why their health sucks.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year
