The title says it all really. Though this does not have to be a at the gym type of injury which I am sure is something we have all done a few times. I have known a few people who have injured themselves for what seemed to be no real reason. One is my sister getting out of bed and dislocating her knee. Another was a co-worker who was sweeping some flour on the floor with his foot and the angle and motion he did it at tore a ligament in his knee.

Now for me personally I have broken the 5th metacarpal in my right hand (pinky bone)...from being super pissed at someone (a girl) and was sitting on the ground and stupidly punched the carpet as hard as I could...ugh that was lame. I have also had the few gym injuries from picking up a weight wrong etc etc. So how about you guys??
