I think the lethal dose of caffeine is 10 grams. For adults at least.
I like women with curves: Sweep, abs and pec/delt tie-in.

You can buy caffeine powder that contains only 200mg of caffeine per scoop. Maybe he thought this was similar. Clearly it wasn't.

No the "average" lethal dose of caffeine for adult is far below that amount.
Well this story should tell us a lesson. Don't be stupid, don't mess with stimulant (coffeine, ephedra, clen, amphetamine etc.) they give you poor physical performance increase, and only for short term. On the long term they just fuck your system (CNS), and make you an addict.
Instead choose a more natural way to increase you performance, with proper nutrition, intelligent training, and lots of rest/sleep (which is so imperative to enhance greatly your performance)
And then when you hit a plateau, just took short acting steroids, or little amount of hgh for a prolonged period of time (if your an athlete that gets tested) and then don't take it One week or two prior to you competition. And Maybe, maybe consider using some caffeine (two cups of coffee is enough) for your comp day.
Or if you have more money get yourself in a good clinique of HRT to perform better during you comp, and still be in the correct range for test/epitest ratio

All pre-workouts and caffeine supps that I've seen state on the label: "users should be healthy adults over 18 years of age".
This labeling notice will be considered a release of liability by the manufacturer.

Starbucks Double Shot Espressos are loaded with caffeine. You should not take more than 4 per day. C4 Extreme is to be taken with 1 or 2 scoops max. They do have warning labels. People need to have more common sense nowadays.
