    Default My time for muscle gains - opinions?

    I finished my cutting cycle right now. 350mg Test P + 350mg Tren A, ~10 weeks. Right now i want to go straight to bulking time ( lean mass as possible ) :-) After 5-6 weeks on Tren all sides go away and i m feel amazing. Only one is sweating :-) I think about stay with Tren for better nutrition partioning, strenght, regeneration etc. You know... a lot of benefits from Tren, i can't afford GH. I think about something like that:

    Test C 500mg week
    Deca 400mg week
    Tren A 175mg week

    For about ~14-16 weeks.

    Training split ( body part every 5 days ):

    Mon. Legs
    Tue. Chest + Biceps
    Wed. OFF ( Cardio )
    Thu. Back + Traps
    Fri. Shoulder + Triceps
    Sat. Repeat training from Monday
    Sun. OFF ( Cardio )

    Diet will be like a lot of proteins and carbs with few amount of fats.

    Any pct after your cut? Tren is extremely suppressive..
    As for your bulk there is no point in running two 19 -nors together you'll just be wasting the deca as tren has a better binding affinity , regardless of that your asking for double the prolactin sides. Higher test than tren never made sense to me it's all bro science I supposed but the Tren has a better binding affinity than the test as well so your left with alot of free test with nowhere to go. The synergy just isn't there your better off keeping it simple with moderate test and deca and maybe an oral like Turinabol to avoid so much bloat a proper AI Protocol will help avoid some bloat along with a clean diet and some caber or prami for the prolactin sides. Correct me if I'm wrong just my 2cents

    The only time I ever had "performance" issues on cycle was running Deca and Tren together. It was a blend and I liked the results but not the sides.

    I've never had an issue running the two Nor's together.

    That said, Lachu, I normally recommend Tren "year round". I love that shit. But dude you are leaner than shit already. You don't need it.

    I would do the the tried and true Test, Deca, Dbol stack.

    I loved in Tren too becouse right now i have no sides ( except night sweets but it doesn't hurt me :-) ), they go away after 5-6 weeks of use Tren.

    Maybe i'm lean but i think Tren can help me stay lean :-D Cause his nutrient patrtitioning, bind in fat cells etc. When i'm on Tren i'm get up well-rested, even when i sleep only 4-6 hours so i thought about run typical Mass Build Stack like Test + Deca but with add small amount of Tren to keep benefits from it. Sandping, any problems with it?


    Btw, what about Test Prop instead of Cyp? I have in my drawer a lot of vials of Test P so... I don't have problem with pinning ed/eod.

    Test Prop on 350mg will be ok with 400-500mg Deca and 175mg Tren A?

    Hey you can run the Tren if you want. I'm almost always on it.
    Yes it helps me stay lean no matter what I eat.
    I like 60 mgs ED
    Prop is good. In fact I use it often cause I'm pinning the Tren everyday anyway.

    How is your bloodwork after 10 weeks of dieting and tren?

    You would be better off doing a low dose cruise or a pct for awhile before hoping on another 16 week cycle.

    You dont look like you have a ton of muscle which tells me you probably dont eat alot, why would you need tren to control that Im not sure.

    i have found one or the other works best, if you wanna put on size concentrate on that with diet and supps to support that. If you wanna diet do the same. Not both at the same time. Forget about that partioning and binding nonsense use what works best for the application.
    Test cyp, deca and dbol cannot be beat for sheer size and ease of pinning. And yes you will need an AI and use it smart so you dont need to use any prolactin drugs

    Blood work is "good", not very good like people who don't use ASS but good. I sow a lot of worse results by people who drinks alco, smoke or use drugs... I feel fine too :-)

    Why PCT or cruise is necessary? I heard from a lot of people, BBrs who compete too that if u want bind with Bodybuilding in future and consider this sport very seriously it's not point to go OFF or cruise becouse ASS are very important part of this sport and a lot of them stay with them year round.

    I didn't eat a lot becouse i was on cutting time. Right know i'm adding my cals. I like eat a lot of food, trust me

    wow so throw out all your health to build muscle from aas. Cmon man, moderation here and there is still not that healthy and you wanna never come off?
    Go ahead ask JoeD what happens without breaks? Ask alot of guys what happens without breaks
    You sound young and influentual. Be smart, its not all about the drugs.
    Are you scared of what you will look like when your off?
    If you built your physique without a strong base of hard work and meticoulous diet your drug body will look like shit without it.

    Learn how to diet and train 110% you will benefit way more with lower doses and longer breaks then counting on just the drugs

    Im not saying dont do anything Im saying you need breaks and moderation with EVERYTHING in life for longevity.
    Ive said this before unless Aceto or Palumbo see you some where and run up to you and say WOW you have a ton of potential there is no need to run that much stuff all year.

    Your body your choice I dont care just offering insight.
    But if you stay that route I garantee you will burn out quickly and or have health issues at a younger age then you should.

    Maybe You are right, You are more experienced.

    I take care about my health. I check my blood work every 6-8 weeks becouse i have it for free from my work. I didn't say that ASS are the most important. For me diet is, later training and ASS in the end. I'm using steroids becouse they help me in more intense training, better recovery, better food utilization etc. and i can go to high level with my physique. I know what i want to do. Maybe i will be regret that in future, maybe not, who knows...

    And very thanks for answer RichDC2! It's nice to hear different opinions about that.
