I'd also like to state, assuming she's doing the show, that I'm pulling for Alina Popa to dethrone Iris.
And Malacarne probably has a better physique than DLB..but, DLB is the current champ and she will be in shape so I gave her the nod in my prediction.

Juliana Malacarne looks good. Forgot to include her."Don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry" -Dr. David Banner

You know, browsing other sites/articles it seems like just about everyone has the same boring top 6 placings for the men's Open and to a lesser extent, the 212. WHO will be in the top 6 is pretty much a lock given everyone is in shape ... but it's the placings that need to be different to shake things up, make it interesting. So, here's some controversy:
Open
1. Heath
2. Ramy
3. Wolf
4. Jackson
5. Rhoden
6. Greene
212
1. Lewis
2. Correa
3. Henry
4. Guy
5. Raymond
6. Haddad
Greene is going to be off but he's too freaky to fall out of the top 6. Ramy is going to be ON, subjectively his structure is pretty much perfect for bodybuilding and he has more muscle than anyone on that stage. Last year was his first O, he wasn't on, and he should have placed 6th in a deep line-up (that is telling). If he comes in conditioned, it's going to be interesting. But, Heath will be ON and he's the current champ so he will win.
If Dexter's newly added off-season size transitions to the stage, it's too perfect for Rhoden (even if Rhoden improves). Plus, if Dex does come in at his all time best the judges are going to reward him for it (age and whatnot). They'll be so blown away by his improvements that even if Rhoden is better, they'll still give Dex one-up.
I've always been a Heath fan, and up until I saw Ramy last year, I didn't think anyone could beat him, including Greene. I just never liked Kai's physique; too blocky recently, back too oddly shaped, just a strange look to him. Will he place 6th ? Probably not but I could easily see him in 4th or so.
I'd ideally like to see Wolf in 2nd - but I'm throwing Ramy above him for the controversy.
As for the 212, my sudden change for Correa definitely has nothing to do with the 212 weigh in photos. Lewis is too much for all of them, he's created a chasm between him and the rest of the line-up so he will win, easily. I forgot about Guy so I threw him in there, and the improvements he's made over the last several years are mind boggling. I really like Haddad's physique, so he's still in my top 6. Jose will be hard as nails as usual, and to take him out of the top 6 is to bet against history. I don't really think Correa will beat Henry but it would make for an interesting development.
Obviously very controversial placings but are they impossible ?

Did I miss something? I thought Kevin English was making some sort of a come back here?

Yea, noticed he wasn't on the competitor's list.
But ... I'd leave him out of the top 6 anyways because his physique is a disgusting amalgamation of mismatched/injured body parts.
There are just so many better physiques in the 212 that, if judged fairly, should prevent that from happening.
