Dave needs to go back to DC training. That is what worked for his body. Now he can train all year and concentrate on one or two shows.

There was a first class hull technician who was retiring in 1988. I think he was told he'd get either $600 or $800 per month. Is there a cost of living increase, Cal?
I think every enlisted man who served three, four or five years has the same thought... "I'd be retired by now!" I know I thought exactly that in 2003.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

Cost of living is about 1% a year I think? I think this year it is possible that retirees actually got a bigger raise than active duty did. This was the first year in my 18 that we got just a 1%, I think retirees got like 1.something?
I didn't go to Basic training until I was 31, turned 32 during....so I still feel pretty good, where did the last 18 years go though?Gone but not forgotten, I remember you too Dookie!

I was almost 21. We had one man who was 30.
Yes, this has absolutely (almost) nothing to do with David Henry.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

Back to Henry, he did move across the country, new gym, new house, new people, new life.....might have thrown him off a bit? Still looked pretty damn good to me, just smooth in the back shots.
Everyone always says he is light in the legs? He just lacks some sweep, he has legs several Pros should be so lucky to have.Gone but not forgotten, I remember you too Dookie!
