Progress on the year....
I have been on TRT since Jan 09 this year where I was 190.5lbs. I am now 207.5lbs as of this weekend. I have been on T-Cyp (200mg/wk) and HCG (1000iu/wk).
Jason Theobald has been running my diet and training oversight since my last MPD contest held Oct 4th 2013. I had my hormone issue following the show through early Jan this year which directed me to Jason in the first place to get some outside help and then get rolling with the much needed gains I wanted/needed before competing again. I very much want to get back into bodybuilding vs MPD but my genes and reality may retain me at the MPD level frankly.
Please check the pics and let me know what you think folks. Honesty is welcome...no sugar coating.

Sorry man, I just don't see any changes....maybe I don't have an eye for it and am missing something.

I'm with you to be honest. Granted the scale does not lie and going from 190.5 to 207.5 in 9 months is some darn nice gains. My strength has never been higher either and thats without going for low rep, high load weight training most that time as well. Sadly at 6'2'' even 17lbs of gains does not seem to show up well and that's disappointing. My coach says I just respond slowly and to take these 17lbs and keeping adding to it.
My only concern with my current plan at all is that I have not exceeded 2700kcals since coming off my show last October but this is not my doing, just following orders from coach. I feel this is low for a 207, 6'2'' meso like myself but I trust my coach deeply so doing as told.

Knowing Jason like I do, he will slowly add cals back into ur diet....adding them too fast too quick may result in unwanted fat gains...and like u said, u have a taller frame to fill out so it may take more time than normal compared to guys like myself that are under 5' 7" haha

Did you type meso? As in mesomorph?
I'm built similar to you and I definitely identify or would characterize myself as an ectomorph.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

But, hey, it's just a word. Call yourself whatever you'd like. A name is just a name.

Intake Levels
Exactly why being at 2700 a day 11 months post show concerns me just a wee little bit......
Hell I was at 2300ish in the final month of my MPD prep last year. Thyroid checked out as just fine for TSH, T3, T4 and rT in all labs back then and now so no issues there. Just the low T was all that was found and that been corrected with TRT since.Last edited by Joshua H; 09-26-2014 at 10:36 AM. Reason: grammer

No show plans as far as I am concerned right now. Until I hit 215 and stay there for a couple months with the size in the places I need it there is no point in getting on stage IMO. Wont stand a chance otherwise.
PS....I can eat like a monster let me say that much....just never get the shot to do so on my current kcal intake assignments I feel but then again, hired a coach for a reason.
Little insight for you......
between April 2013 and March this year I did 23 formal eating challenges in San Diego County (not speed eating types....gross!) but 30-60 minute challenges to just try and finish period. Lost 1 and finished 22.....20 in record time. This was part of a $600 bet I had with 6 work buddies. That was a nice payday and 100% worth it to!
