My first cycle ever consisted of Sustanon and dbol. Caught the "sustanon flu" and didn't think much of it .Fast forward 20 years and decided to use it again and hear I sit, sick as a dog. I know its a blend of 3 esters. Which one causes the flu symptoms?

It's 4 esters pal orgonon sustanon 250mg per 1ml ample, most sustanon have 3 ring's around the top of the amp, or the Pakistan sus has 1 white stripe where the ample snaps and burnt on yellow writing all other sus normally have a paper label which is hard to peal off, post a picture pal, I love sustanon/omnadren they are my favourite testosterone shots

So if I up the dose the sides aren't as bad?

My mistake,there is 4 esters and they're definitely Mae in Pakistan. I don't question if they're real. I just wanted to know what is in it that makes me sick. thanks for the responses guys.

No, they get worse. You have to ramp up or pyramid the doses to keep the sides at bay.

Are you using amps or vials? If it's a vial cut the injection doses in half and inject more often. Smaller amounts per injection seemed to work for me.
