agreed, while i hate guts as much as the next guy, certain people are too quick to point that out. people talking about phil having a huge gut is ridiculous imo especially considering what bbing is now adays. size is needed and ur stomach is going to grow a little bit w everything else as long as its not overly distracting it is what it is, this isnt 70s bbing anymore whether we like it or not

You really don't even see the huge guts that were around in the late 90's early 00's. Whatever was being used seems to have been dialed down greatly.

I just hate to see truly impressive physiques get hit with "look at his gut!!" when his body looks like it should look it you eat 10-15lbs of food a day and carry more muscle than any other human on the planet.
