7 week change. the way an "ideal prep" should be
Here is client Mark, He is now 4 days out but in the picture is is 3 weeks out.
This demonstrates a 7 week diet and supplement plan TeamProvo jon(myself) has been working on with mark.
In the "ideal prep" an athlete would like to lean out WHILE maintain or increasing muscle quality and size. Mark demonstrates this perfectly in the first picture (left) he is 192lbs and in the 7 weeks after (right) he is still 192lbs with a HUGE change in BMI and is almost ready to step on stage. mark k.jpg
