Critique a first-time Men's Physique competitor
edit.jpg
Hey guys, I am 6'0", 182 lbs in this picture, currently 6.5 weeks out from my first MP competition. It is a novice level show that qualifies for provincials (I'm in Canada).
I'm looking for any critique I can get as far as weak points, body composition, and posing.
Also, how would I size up at a low level/small NPC sow in the states?
Thanks!

Any ones in posing position to help critique? Going from that, I would think the back needs to tighten up (which should happen as U close in)

Hey what do your legs look like? Oh wait, you don't need....
I'm just kidding. You got some nice quality muscle there. I think you look good but I don't know the first thing about giving constructive criticism in MPD.
Only thing I can see from these pics is that you appear to be a little narrow in the clavicles. But hey, so am I.CutlerAthletics.com
