How do you unwind?
Most of us live a pretty busy life without fitting in meals and workouts during the week that it feels like we do not get a lot of time to just sit. Now before someone says "the gym is how I unwind"...that is not the same thing. Sure you can take out your frustrations at the gym or any anxiety, but you are not really relaxing.
I am talking about things like reading, watching your favorite t.v. series, maybe even going for a walk or swim. I personally unwind by watching food network lol. Yeah a little different but its just how I like to relax. So what do you guys like to do that you feel helps you relax a little form the long day of working/lifting?

The movies.
Nothing like going to the movies for me. Just saw Gone Girl last night. And recently The Equalizer and A Walk Among the Tombstones.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

After work and the gym. I go home and listen to podcasts while doing my chores which helps me laugh and unwind...also give myself an hour each night for TV shows...sometimes i cant get to the tv so this saturday after the gym and chores I sat on my recliner all day and just caught up on everything

How do you listen to podcasts? I play them on my phone during my commute or on my laptop at home.

1. Turn off the phone and ALL distractions and rent some good movies
2. Spend time with my daughter doing "whatever"
3. A long nap
4. Sit by the pool and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !~Lorrie ~ Mediocrity is NOT an option! ~

on my phone....stitcher is basically my favorite app ever, i usually roll around with headphones in my ears at all times, unless i'm driving then i'm plugged into the aux port
however my girl bought me one of those bluetooth speakers that i've been using, but since i'm all over my house, i usually have to carry it from room to room
