Mike is a great bber and he actually has a realistic view of the sport and still knows that it isn't the be all and end all in life.

Mike has a great physique. Very aesthetically pleasing.

He looks very improved. More thickness, fuller chest, delts, and back thickness. Legs are up, in width and fullness. Arms are better. Overall density has improved to. Conditioning is always good.

I can hear it now how a the judges were "distracted" by the beard so they marked someone down. LOL
