    Default new start powerlifting meet in 2 weeks then clean things up

    possibly doing pre and post contest have my powerlifting meet in 2 weeks.

    Been deadlifting and pullups and in looking at pics w/a lot of bodyfat but still see a lot of thickness weighing 175-178 during day feel close to 180 lose 30 lbs bf.

    benching even in shirt still sore after so feel getting thicker from side stomach out at top more than bottom hope that means still have some abs under there.
    Legs a lot of work but have been squatting 2 x week too,

    hams/quads need a lot of work for sure from side
