Strength only goes up everytime im in the gym. BW still going up! No really bad sides yet besides decrease in libido. I'm hoping once pct starts maybe i can get some supplements to booster libiod back up. Test booster or something. Overall this cycle is bulking me up for sure. 9 more days left on it, then pct time!

A little stomach discomfort but not too bad. Just sometimes have to crap more during the day but i've also increased calorie intake so that could have something to do with it. Killed legs this morning though! Uped weight on squat today and still killed it. Will up weight again next leg day!!!

Family get together but back at it today folks! Two more days on this cycle! I have been making great gains! Pretty much its the up stack. Up calories, up water intake, up on my bw, up on my lifts. I'm going up on everything and getting solid results. Just gotta hold on to them in pct!

Last day on Super DMZ 3.0. What can i say. If you want gains in solid mass and strength then super dmz 3.0 is definitley for you. If you increase your calories train your a$$ off and take sdmz 3.0 you will see some very good results! Starting pct firs thing tomorrow morning! Thanksgiving pct

Great Back pump today! Still feeling strong with just acouple days in to my pct! One things I would say about the tamoxifen citrate from ironmag labs research chems is just to shake it well before you use it everytime.Last edited by jwheypro; 12-03-2014 at 07:58 AM.
