Dane deadlifting 715x7 in 10 minutes
This is his first mini set. The goal was as many reps as possibly with 715 which just 1 rep was a personal best. But I gave him 10 minutes. Had he played his rest intervals a little better I think 10-12 reps would have happened. He is a bodybuilder and powerlifter. Total work machine.
