Back on stage after 7 years!!!
Well I decided it was time for me to get back on stage to start competing again...so did my little girl and wife. So a little background on me...
43 years young
6'1" tall
230 lb stage weight (recent competition) 245-250 comfortable weight walk around
21 years training (first competition was in 2005 then 2007, & now 2014)
So I just competed in the San Francisco Bodybuilding Championships as a Superheavyweight and 40+ Masters a couple weeks ago and was pleased with how I came into the show, but I learned that I really need to work on my posing for sure and see areas for improvement, but would like to get some constructive critique as I already have shows picked for next year (April, May, June...then see how that goes). My wife now competes too, she competed in her first two figure competitions this summer did very well (1st & 3rd in one, 2nd in her first). So here are some pictures from the photographer that worked the competition, just would like to get some feedback on what I should concentrate on...like posing, which I now have a coach but would like to hear from the team here if I could please.
Thank you in advance!!!

Kill your back width, and try to get your waist tighter. This will make u look much better. Good job so far.

Thanks bro...yeah going to be working with a coach/trainer, as well as getting my wife ready for her figure competitions too. Took notes here and yes on the waist, I think with bringing up back width and tightening waist my V taper will be more pronounced.
Thanks for the critique.
