For me it's rotating carbs (High, med, low) low fat high protein. Ok, enough with me. What about you??

Fasting protocol actually now.
Macros during feeding window vary from day to day but still about 2500 calories a day.SHAWNBELLON.COM

I've gotten in shape in the past on both keto diets and higher carb/low fat diets. I personally prefer higher carb ones. I was more prone to cheating and overeating on the keto.

I've never tried a diet that didn't work.
Although with my job, Keto is tough especially at the beginning when you haven't starting burning ketones yet.
My preference now is rotating carbs with my low days being around 125-150 grams. And those are my two non training days during the week.CutlerAthletics.com

High protein, moderate fat/carbs. I keep the same cutting diet throughout and use a once/twice weekly cheat or clean splurge depending on how I look.

Now eat when I am hungry works well, instead of thinking I have to eat every 3 hours.

I seriously am about to get on the "Just eat when I am hungry" bandwagon. I have been doing KETO and don't really have craving problems but sometime, not always, I just don't feel like eating.
Gone but not forgotten, I remember you too Dookie!
