Rich Piana wants to make money! It's NORMAL. Did he Bullshit the guys saying that supplements are better or equal than food (like protein powder) ? ABSOLUTELY not. He has a Brand 5% And present it very well. The Guy works his ass off, very approachable too, great insights on his channel (sensible insights, share a lot of stuff for free). Come on The guy is awesome.

As far as Christian Duque interview. Well Mike O Hearn is a fantastic guy, very entertaining. Duque performance well, when you are used to Chris, Dave and Johnny doing interviews… How can I put this : … it's Like being used to Dom Perignon, Chateau neuf du Pape or Chateau d'Yquem and somehow drink "à l'aveuglette" some cheap acidic 3 dollar wine!

Two different styles of "celebrity" represented in the health and fitness world. I give some of the edge to social media for Piana's popularity but O'Hearn has been at it for a long long time and is very established. Mike also has a marketable look where Piana has a smaller appeal to people with less buying power.
