Great show.

Oscar is a class act all the way. Very insightful, well spoken guy.

I tend to agree with Dave's thoughts on how Oscar really was more than just a trainer to Kai. As much as I'm a fan of Kai, he clearly does not have it together mentally (I don't think you need to know the guy personally to figure that part out). Just IMHO.

Oscar was very real and honest about his opinions. I respect that he feels hurt by Kai and that he has no desire to work with him anymore. Oscar gave more than diet advice; he invested himself emotionally into the outcome (and that takes something "energetically" out of you; something indescribable).

i like that Dave was like " ok last question" and halfwAy through oscars answer he would ask a new question. Good interview techniques

He really is. On top of all his other attributes or skills, he's kind. He'll go out of his way to be nice to a stranger... to someone who can do absolutely nothing to benefit him in any way. Kudos to Oscar Ardon.

Absolutely! Really comes across as a life coach that works with competitors.
