Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Loaf with Cinnamon Roll/ Butter Pecan PB Lean
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Protein Loaf
Dry: 60g Complete Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix (1/2 cup)
1 tsp Baking Powder
20g whey protein (use cellucor cinnamon swirl) (half a scopp)
14g Cinnamon Roll Pb Lean (2 Tbs)
Wet:
1 egg
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
60g of pumpkin (1/4 cup)
Frosting:
50g Fat free cream cheese (2tbs)
50g yogurt (2tbs)
14g Butter Pecan Pb Lean (2 tbs)
30g Candy Corn Pebbles (1/2 cup)
Whole Loaf: 700kcals, 13g fat/100g carbs/ 42g protein.
Mix Dry together, then add in the wet. I did it in the oven at 390 degrees for about 20 min. Also used a mini loaf pan so it turns out pretty heavy and delicious
