Thanks. Some stuff is just simple. Reminders especially for alot of the general population. I don't feel like I have to dumb things down but some things are just taken for granted so its easy to forget and assume. (as I am leaning forward typing right now)

You can also use a big monitor hooked up to your laptop so that you don't have to bend your neck. That is what my set up is like. In addition to that, i also use a wireless keyboard and mouse. They are better ergonomically and will aslo save the laptop from wear and tear.

actually went to the dr for this reason yesterday, dealing with the pain for years now....had physical therapy this morning for the first time, my trap muscle and a muscle that sits under it is really tight, most likely from sitting at a desk all day
