How many meals do u get in a day?
Including shakes how many meals are u all eating a day? I am at 6 right now including 2 shakes. Also how does your meal intake vary from pre contest to off season for those of u that compete?

About 20 per day for me year round pre and post contest. Sounds like a lot but 1 meal can be 24gms of Almonds or 1 x egg. I don't ever go more than 2hrs without eating - except when asleep of course.

6 for me.
Was talking to Jerome Ferguson last Sat. and said he eats about 10 times per day. It's really 5 meals but only eats half at a time about every 1 1/2 hours.CutlerAthletics.com

5-6 meals plus 3-4 shakes.

6 right now while on my diest, but when I start bulking again Ill probably bump it up tp 8

usually 7 meals. 6 food one shake with oatmeal mixed in. on contest prep 8 meals still one shake.
