Greatest Bodybuilder of the 1990's!!
Dorian Yates aka 'The Shadow,' remains my vote for Best Bodybuilder of the 1990's. This distinction includes besting Haney's '90 & '91 physiques, as well as Coleman's '98 & '99. His level of dryness, hardness, & size were unparalleled in the decade. Sure, some came close, but aside from Nasser's challenge in 1997, no one came close. Once Yates hit the stage, it was just a matter of who was taking places 2nd - last.
Just a little stroll down memory lane folks

I vote Rich Gaspari. I'm a Jesey guy so I have to be biased.

Kinda hard to argue with Yates from either a view of his obviously contest domination (winning the Olympia for 6 staight years, plus his lightning quick accension to the Olympia stage in the first place), or simply his raising the bar in terms of thickness and just dry, grainy conditioning.

I am a fan of Yates, but notes. sure he bested any of Haney's physiques. Lee Haney Has more Sandows and that alone speaks for itself. Both men are great champions.
DON'T BE AVERAGE!!!

I recall Vince and Levrone going back and forth a lot on various Grand Prixs. Levrone never took the big one, but surely he's up there if you're gonna talley points for his sheer number of upper placings.

Something like 1sts(21), 2nds(11), 3rds(7) never mind the rest. How can he not be with 39 top three finishes in 10 years ? I doubt that Dorian could handled that many shows.

Kevin Levrone in my book was the all time best in the 90's and 2000'

I know there was no mention of women, so I'll throw in my two cents on the female side and give Lenda Murray a vote. Her six consecutive Ms. Olympia victories from 1990 to 1995 is a pretty good accomplishment.
