Music while you train
Music can be the ultimate motivator for many people in the gym. Whether that be there own personal selection or what is being played in the gym. Then there are some people who find it to be a distraction that takes away the focus from there lifts. Also of course, music is a great tool to make a long duration of cardio not seem so boring
I myself love to have music blasting on my headphones while I train. I find it to be a great motivator/ distraction from muscle fatigue. Especially when you have the right selection to inspire you to really push hard. My music usually goes all over the place while I train and I do not just listen to one type. It really depends on the day. Heavy days I will probably listen to a small selection of rock for some of the big lifts, while on days where I am just trying to get in and out as quick as I can, it could be more up tempo.
How do you feel about music while you train?

I like to hear music whern I lift. One thing I learned over the years is that you can't win when it comes to music selection. What I mean by that is what you think is "cool" music may be the worst music ever to someone else. I could be playing club music, trance , house, alternative or top 40. Other will like heavy metal, still other's believe it or not may like country. Some will like R&B others rap. Still some will like classic rock other classical. Different people from all walks of life in the gym like different music.
