Work days, its about 100 grams of carbs from Oatmeal and 50 grams of protein from egg whites and protein powder. I cook it the night before and eat it cold about 20 minutes after training.
Now mind you I have an intra drink of about 75-100 grams of carbs and 40 grams of protein so no need to eat immediately.
Non work days I have the same intra drink but when I get home its about 200 grams of carbs and 50 grams of protein in the form of french toast. Actually that's not even counting the syrup so it's about 250 gms of carbs.
And no, this doesn't make me fat either. Remember I train first thing in the morning.CutlerAthletics.com
