Palumbo's Peak week Protocol? Also Please Critique
Hi,
New member on here and I am just listing what my final week prep is going to be based on piecing together Dave Palumbo's Question and Answers as I cannot for the life of me locate where his protocol written by himself is:
I have searched high and low for Palumbos Generic peak week protocol but cannot find it.. can someone provide a link for myself as the majority as just written up be members who “think” that is the protocol that they post up.
Monday:
Everything the same as keto diet
high sodium 2g high water1-2 Gallons etc
Upper body 2 sets ber body part
Tuesday:
AS ABOVE
Upper body 2 sets ber body part
Wednesday:
AS ABOVE
Last day of training Upper body 2 sets ber body part due to carb loading starting tommorow
Thursday:
No cardio/ or very light if needed
No training
Start carb load (30-60g carbs per meal, eat every 2.5 hours you are awake)
high sodium, high water
Friday:
Cut sodium
carb load (30-60g carbs per meal, eat every 2.5 hours you are awake)
high water until about 16-18 hours before pre-judging, then cut it
Start Tan (2 coats in evening)
Saturday (Show time)
No Water
No sodium
Continue Carbs with meals
Tan 2 coats in the morning again
Bring bronzer to touch up
Misc:
Take ½ dyazide at 6pm on Friday, 1/2 at 10pm, ½ at 2am, and ½ in the morning if necessary. Stop drinking at 6pm on Friday.
Use Distilled water for Fridays sodium cut
No cheat meal on the Sunday due to carb loading.
Potassium Tabs taper up to avoid cramping.
I understand the carb loading is very specific to each person so it will be with trial and error that will determine nearer the time how much carb loading I really need.

I hired him for the final 2 weeks of my show last year and no this is not it at all or even close

Thought that as every Generic Palumbo Protocol Varied online rather than coming from himself.
Ill give the above a try as its similar to a number of people have run, and if its not a success for my first physique competition, next time round i can look into hiring him.
