Four hour body - geek to freak - Feedback on supplements welcome
If you're not familiar with the book "4 hour body", in it the author describes his ideal diet to build muscle.
I am curious at to your thoughts on this recipe of his?
Thanks, it looks as follows
- Morning: NO-Xplode (2 scoops), Slo-Niacin (or timed-release niacinamide)
- Each meal: ChromeMate, alpha-lipoic acid (200mg)
- Pre-workout: BodyQUICK (2 capsules 30 minutes prior)
- Post-workout: Micellean (micellar casein protein)
- Prior to bed: policosanol, ChromeMate, alpha-lipoic acid (200mg), Slo-Niacin

That book is somewhere in my home. I'd love to know how many books I have in this place.
