Someone I knew from MD's forums and I met in person at the Apollon Gym. I met a number of online people there, including GirlyMuscle and Big J1. It was one of Dave Palumbo's seminars he offered free at the gym.

The guy from MD is local to me. We went to Bill Grant's NPC contest up in Allentown. Anyway, my friend told me about sleeping on Guy Cisternino's couch and how Cisternino was a great guy, worked out with him and treated him -- a fan -- like family, so, absolutely, bodybuilders can be as nice, genuine and cool as any other person.

But, yeah, there's always a Titus lurking. O.o

It takes special kind of person to be married to a firefighter/EMT/police officer who is away at work for 24 hours at a time on top of commuting, if he does. I wish them both lots of luck.

I know Dallas Fire is an ALS transport agency, which means Steve is on duty as the attendant in charge of a firemedic ambulance unit for a 24 hour shift, most likely, every 3-4 shifts when he's not riding an engine/ladder. If he's at a busy place that runs all night, geeez! I dunno how he is able to train, diet and stay up running call after call and train for the O. It's mind boggling.
