Meal timing
How many hours do you space your meals? Mine are every 2-2.5 hours of 40g of protein. I do a carb cycle as well. #Never surrender #I love this song too

I Eat one meal. It's usually consists of 4 pounds of frog legs, rice and beans, lettuce or an other green. Usually after workout. so Every 24 hours
If you would consider to do the same. Do it with 4 pounds of Porc. It's cheap and healthy ! And you can use palm oil to fry it

I try for every 3 hours but I can't always keep to that schedule

once every week, if im still full then once every 2 weeks, or when bulking 8 bowls of fruit and fibre cereal a day, keeps me regular, if im after fullness I have 10g creatine with my 8 bowls of fruit and fibre, after leg day a bucket of kfc, and im always peeled, I can post a pic if you want
