Contrary to what my avatar says, I've been here since day 1 - ok maybe it was day 3, but it was 2/09.

Not to wax nostalgic, but getting this site to where it once was would involve the following:

- Ressurection of the PIT
- Revamped Chem Board with the heavy hitters back - HeavyIron, et al.
- Whack Pack reunion - those fuckers were crazy and entertaining. Anyone have DA's cell?

The last part is out of the site's hands, but it involves getting back the classic posters who made this site what it was - my prior account, Apostle, Reloaded, Leave1/Baboon and the whole host of us who were banned and went elsewhere.

What's done is done there, but enact the first few changes and traffic will occur.

Oh, and make CD fuck off to the mongo-hut he was shat out of.

What everyone needs to acknowledge is that RX MUSCLE might have less advertisers right now......we might have staff and community immaturity.........we might have people who offend anyone and everyone..........we might not be politically correct all the tiime..... we might be too honest........... we might not even "make sense"......but we got one thing "right"........everyone wants to know what we're saying..... and whether they post here or not... advertise here or not......... admit they look at the site or not.......... Aaron Singerman and I were talking about this subject last night. We agreed that this whole thing makes neither of us happy or smug, but it makes us sad. Something we worked hard to develop with fine talent here over the past 4 or 5 years is seemingly sinking. Neither Gail nor Christian have big enough buckets or work ethics to save it....

I think the way you guys covered the Olympia from the hotel room is a great direction for Rx. Do "live" coverage of any and every show that has a live stream. Do it from the Rx studio. It was a lot of fun. It would be cool if there were three wise men analyzing a show and a couple of colorful characters included to add some additional comments like Jimmy the bull of course. Also, I am not sure what happened to the 24 hour Rx channel but it would be nice to see that on the main page again. also, of all of the content that has been put up on Rx over the years I still rely on HMR to stay up to date with bodybuilding news. I listen to it every Tuesday morning at work.

If that's the point of all this, then shit, let's just choose the most fucking popular thing around today and change to that.


Screw that - hardcore bodybuilding DOES have multitudes of fans whose presence could make this more profitable, hell, the numbers were there just a few short years ago. What is missing is the creativity and fun that this site once had.

I'd respectfully request the owners and staff to revisit what they were doing before.
